Truffle hunter for a day is a project created to introduce the world to the magical landscape of the Monferrato and its woods rich in small tasty gems and ancient culinary traditions.
Through an evocative relaxing walk through the woods, you will learn about all facets of this fantastic craft and learn about truffles.

A day discovering the Forest and its king: the Truffle
The experience begins with the meeting at Piazza Gherzi in Lu Monferrato, a few kilometers from Alessandria around 9:00/ 9:30
After introductions and four chats together, we set off; Everyone with their own vehicle, direction: the Woods (10 minutes by car)
Before starting, it is good to go over some rules to fully enjoy the experience in complete safety for you and in total respect for the nature of the area
Let's kick off Truffle hunter for a day in the experience that will last about 2 hours
Upon returning from the Woods, we will return to the Emotions from the Woods workshop for a rich tasting of truffle products, washed down by the renowned wines of Monferrato.
